On Friday, October 25, MEF Night brought the Signal Mountain community together under the stadium lights for the Signal Mountain High School football game and provided a chance to celebrate with families from all three schools: Nolan Elementary, Thrasher Elementary, and Signal Mountain Middle/High School. With perfect fall weather and an enthusiastic crowd, the evening was filled with community and school pride.
One of the night’s biggest highlights was presenting a check for $17,115.50 to the SMMHS Sports Boosters, representing half of the proceeds from this year’s MEF Golf Tournament. MEF Board Chair Doug Griswold, Golf Tournament Chair Kurt Keene, and Executive Director Hilarie Robison were proud to present the donation, received by Thomas Wood on behalf of the Sports Boosters.
From the pre-game tailgate celebrating families new to Signal schools to fun giveaways, the night was a fantastic reminder of the strength and unity in the Signal community. Thank you to everyone who came out, making this night a success and showing your support for our students. Your generosity helps us build a strong foundation for our students and ensures that our schools and programs continue to thrive.
